Heavenly Father,
We celebrate the teachers among us. We honor you for gifting them with wisdom, patience, and faith. Surround them with your love and uphold them as they seek to share the message of your Gospel and the joy of knowing your Son, Jesus.
We thank you, Lord, for the blessings you have given us, including children. Let them know your presence, your unconditional love, and your will. Touch their hearts and reveal to them the glory of a relationship with you.
Show us how to be your servants, no matter our age, guiding us to do your will and hear our prayer, from Paul, when he said:
And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God.
Amen.
